What’s involved in a professional path or patio clean?

The cleaning process generally consists of the following steps, however we will always discuss your needs and tailor the service to your requirements.

1. Light clean: Pressure wash the surface to remove loose surface soiling.
2. Deep clean: We use our state-of-the-art specialist pressure cleaning equipment to remove ingrained soiling and weeds.
3. Treatment: Smartseal® Microbiological treatment is applied to kill moss, lichens and algae, and prevent their regrowth.
4. Sealing (if required): SmartSeal® Patio Sealer is applied to restore colour, weatherproof and protect your driveway from UV sunlight.
