Cleaning is only half of it. Where a floor has lost its finish, been scratched, etched or worn flat, I can grind, hone and polish the surface back, then seal it so it stays that way.
Do your marble, travertine, limestone or slate floors still gleam as they once did, or have they gone dull and lifeless? Over time natural stone becomes ingrained with dust, dirt, oily and waxy deposits and layers of old polish, and foot traffic slowly wears the surface flat.
Cleaning alone will not bring that back. Using diamond tooling, I grind out scratches and etching, hone the surface flat, then diamond polish it to the finish you want, whether that is matt, satin or a full high polish. It is a genuine restoration, at a fraction of the cost of lifting the floor and starting again.

Mopping moves dirt around. It settles into grout lines and into the texture of the tile, and no amount of household product will lift it back out. I use a weighted rotary machine and professional, pH-appropriate solutions to agitate the surface and release that soil from the pores of the tile and the grout.
It is then flushed and extracted under vacuum. That is a controlled rinse, not a high-pressure hosing. No mess, no water running under your kickboards, and your floor is walkable again the same day. Around 90% of grout has never been sealed, which is why it darkens so quickly. Once it is clean, I can seal it so it stays that way.
Luxury vinyl tile is sold as low maintenance, so most people assume a tired LVT floor is simply worn out. Usually it is not. What you are looking at is years of supermarket floor polish, mop residue and dressing that has yellowed, gone patchy and trapped dirt in the embossing.
I strip that build-up back to the original surface, deep clean the embossed texture, then re-dress the floor with a professional finish in the sheen you prefer, from matt through to high gloss. Karndean, Amtico, LVT, sheet vinyl and safety flooring all handled to manufacturer-safe methods.
Every floor is different, so nothing is guessed. I survey it, test it, and show you the result on your own floor before you commit to anything.
I identify the surface, test the finish, and clean a small area so you can see exactly what is achievable before you spend a penny.
Skirtings, kickboards and adjoining surfaces are masked and protected, and the floor is cleared and dry-soil removed.
Weighted rotary agitation with the correct solution for the surface, then a controlled rinse and vacuum extraction.
Where needed, diamond grinding and polishing to remove scratching and etching and bring the stone back to your chosen sheen.
An impregnating sealer or dressing is applied to repel spills and keep grout lines cleaner for longer, plus simple aftercare advice.
