When he came he was quick, effecient and so tidy and I'm amazed at the results my suite of furniture looks brand new and I didn't even know there was such gorgeous colours in the carpet. When I rang Martin to ask for a quote, he spent time asking about the carpet, and were there any stains, what type of carpet we had and he explained what he would use to try to remove the stains. We had stains & a smell on the landing carpet, from our dog who had wet there many times. I had cleaned it many times with several cleaning products, but a stubborn stain & smell remained.
Martin was successful in cleaning our carpet yesterday. The stain & smell are gone. He was very pleasant to deal with & I felt he was very reasonable. I would recommend him if you need your carpet cleaned.

Our carpets and furniture had never been professionally cleaned before and I genuinely thought some of the marks would never come out. I was shocked by the results – everything looks fresh, clean and almost like new again.

We first identify the carpet fibre (wool, synthetic, etc.) and the type of stain. We then apply the specific cleaning agent designed for that unique combination.

Common questions about stain removal.

Can you remove every stain?

While we can remove the vast majority of spots and spills, no cleaner can guarantee 100% removal of every stain. Some substances (like bleach, strong dyes, or old urine) can permanently alter the carpet fibre. We will always inspect and give you an honest assessment before starting.

Does pet urine smell go away?

In most cases we can significantly reduce or completely eliminate pet urine odour using specialist enzyme treatments that break down the uric acid crystals and bacteria causing the smell. However, we always give an honest assessment upfront. If urine has soaked beyond the carpet into the underlay, subfloor, floorboards, skirting boards or other surfaces, it can sometimes be impossible to remove the odour completely. We will always let you know what results we expect to achieve before we begin any work.

Should I use supermarket stain remover?

We strongly advise against it. Many off-the-shelf products contain bleaching agents that can permanently discolour your carpet or "set" the stain, making it impossible for a professional to remove later. Call us first for the best chance of success.

How soon should I call you?

Immediately! The longer a stain sits, the more it bonds with the fibre. Blot (don't rub) any excess liquid with a clean white towel, then call us to arrange a visit.

Can you re-apply stain protection?

Yes. After we have removed the stain and cleaned the area, we highly recommend applying a stain protector (like Scotchgard) to make future spills easier to wipe up before they penetrate the pile.
