Martin was fantastic. He explained everything to be done on our phone call and outlined the price. When he came he was quick, effecient and so tidy and I'm amazed at the results my suite of furniture looks brand new and I didn't even know there was such gorgeous colours in the carpet. I had my carpet cleaned by Martin. Delighted with the result. Martin was very friendly and efficient. I asked Martin if he could clean a rug also and it wasn't factored into his job ,without hesitation he obliged he did a fantastic job . We had our Carpet cleaned by Martin yesterday, stairs & landing carpet. When I rang Martin to ask for a quote, he spent time asking about the carpet, and were there any stains, what type of carpet we had and he explained what he would use to try to remove the stains. We had stains & a smell on the landing carpet, from our dog who had wet there many times. I had cleaned it many times with several cleaning products, but a stubborn stain & smell remained. Martin was successful in cleaning our carpet yesterday. The stain & smell are gone. He was very pleasant to deal with & I felt he was very reasonable. Could not recommend highly enough! Our carpets and furniture had never been professionally cleaned before and I genuinely thought some of the marks would never come out. I was shocked by the results – everything looks fresh, clean and almost like new again. The difference in both the carpets and couches/chairs is unbelievable. I got a quote for a new carpet for my teenage son's bedroom for almost €800 and decided to try clean it professionally first. Martin got back to me very quickly with a very reasonable quote (€60) and came that same week. Cannot believe the results! There were stains that I didn't think would come out but they are all gone.
