recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. We cannot recommend Martin & Tricia highly enough. They have kept our holiday cottage carpets in ‘brand new’ condition for years. They’ve also treated our mattresses and will be cleaning our curtains in situ shortly. They’re so professional and helpful, we wouldn’t trust anyone else 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 5 star service from Cleaning Doctor South Devon. It’s the second time I’ve used Tricia and Martin to clean our carpets and rugs. The service and result is amazing and well priced. They work so well as a couple and also give great advice regarding moth proofing certain areas. Having a young Labrador, who is allowed everywhere, my buttermilk carpets were definitely turning into more of a Devon red muddy colour, a few hard working hours from Cleaning Doctor and they are buttermilk colour again. I cannot thank them enough, the result is incredible and I would never have thought they could clean them to get that result. They are such lovely people too. Don’t even think about using anyone else. Thanks Tricia and Martin and love from Willow 🐾🐾🙏🏼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Martin and Tricia were friendly, polite and professional and most importantly did a smashing job on our two heavily used sofas and armchair They gave them a new lease of life, left them looking really clean and protected them for the next couple of years too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our expert rug cleaning services.

How do I arrange a quotation?

We have a few ways we can provide a no obligation quotation. We are happy to arrange a convenient time to call to your property to inspect your rug and will provide you with a quote there and then. Alternatively, you can send us photographs (showing the whole rug and close-ups of stains) via WhatsApp or email.

How long will it be before I can walk on my rug?

With our Dry Fusion system your rugs are usually dry and ready to walk on within an hour, sometimes within 30 minutes. Our hot water extraction system would normally leave rugs damp for about 4 hours on average. We finish by setting the pile to help air circulate around the fibres.

Can you remove all the marks and stains?

When we inspect your rug we will give you an honest opinion as to the likelihood of removing any particular marks or stains. The aim is always to remove 100% of every mark, and we are fully trained in professional spot and stain removal, however in some situations this unfortunately may not be possible. We will give you an honest assessment before starting.

Can you stain protect my rug?

Certainly. If your rug is cleaned using our Dry Fusion, there is a stain protector within the cleaning solutions that is applied as we clean. With our hot water extraction system, we can still apply stain protector after the rug has been cleaned.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main rug cleaning solutions for both Dry Fusion and hot water extraction systems are both child and pet safe. Occasionally we may use solutions for specific marks (like solvents for gum) that may require caution for about an hour, but we will always inform you if this is needed.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The more items you have cleaned, the better rates we can offer. For example, if you are getting your rug cleaned, consider getting your sofa or curtains done at the same time for a cheaper combined price.
