recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. We cannot recommend Martin & Tricia highly enough. They have kept our holiday cottage carpets in ‘brand new’ condition for years. They’ve also treated our mattresses and will be cleaning our curtains in situ shortly. They’re so professional and helpful, we wouldn’t trust anyone else 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 5 star service from Cleaning Doctor South Devon. It’s the second time I’ve used Tricia and Martin to clean our carpets and rugs. The service and result is amazing and well priced. They work so well as a couple and also give great advice regarding moth proofing certain areas. Having a young Labrador, who is allowed everywhere, my buttermilk carpets were definitely turning into more of a Devon red muddy colour, a few hard working hours from Cleaning Doctor and they are buttermilk colour again. I cannot thank them enough, the result is incredible and I would never have thought they could clean them to get that result. They are such lovely people too. Don’t even think about using anyone else. Thanks Tricia and Martin and love from Willow 🐾🐾🙏🏼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Martin and Tricia were friendly, polite and professional and most importantly did a smashing job on our two heavily used sofas and armchair They gave them a new lease of life, left them looking really clean and protected them for the next couple of years too.

How We Clean Mattresses

Our Professional Systems

We use industry-leading technology to ensure the deepest clean possible, removing allergens and stains effectively.

Cleaning Doctor Hot Water Extraction Mattress Cleaning

Hot-Water Extraction (Steam)

The most effective method for deep cleaning and sanitising mattresses. High-temperature water is injected into the mattress and immediately extracted, taking dirt, mites, and allergens with it.

Deep Sanitisation: Kills bacteria & mites

Stain Removal: Breaks down biological stains

Drying Time: Ready in 10-12 hours

Sanitisation & Deodorising

For mattresses that need freshening up without deep extraction, or as a finishing step. We use specialised treatments to neutralise odours and apply stain protection.

Odour Neutralising: Eliminates urine/sweat smells

Protection: Resists future staining

Safe Solutions

Child and pet safe products used.

Anti-Allergen

Reduces triggers for asthma & eczema.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our expert mattress cleaning services.

How do I arrange a quotation?

You can call us to arrange a home inspection where we can give you a quote instantly. Alternatively, send us photographs (showing the whole mattress and close-ups of any stains) via WhatsApp or email for a quick estimate.

How long will it be before I can use my mattress?

With our professional mattress cleaning system, your mattress would usually be dry and ready to use within 10-12 hours after cleaning. We recommend cleaning it early in the day to ensure it's ready for the night.

Can you remove all the marks and stains?

When we inspect your mattress, we will give you an honest opinion on the likelihood of removing specific marks or stains. We are fully trained in professional spot removal, but some older or set-in biological stains may be permanent. We will always advise you beforehand.

Can you stain protect my mattress?

Certainly. We can apply a specialised stain protector after the mattress has been cleaned, helping to prevent future stains from soaking into the fabric.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main mattress cleaning solutions are both child and pet safe. Occasionally, specific tough stains require stronger solvents which might need caution for a short time (e.g., turning off a fish tank pump for an hour), but we will always inform you if these are necessary.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The more items you have cleaned in one visit, the better the rate. For example, if you are getting your mattress cleaned, consider getting your bedroom curtains and carpet done at the same time for a cheaper combined price.
