Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service all round. Carpets were looking fantastic after Kevin’s work.

In addition to the quality of work, Kevin makes doing business with him easy. Complex timing on a house move, but nothing phased him and he just got on with it.

100% recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my three settees and an armchair cleaned by Kevin last week, only to have the dog vomit the very next day on my clean sitting room carpet. I had already agreed with Kevin that he would return to clean my stairs and bedroom carpet. This he did yoday as well as cleaning the dog vomit from the sittingroom carpet. The sitting room carpet is the same one that was in place when i bought the house some 20+ years ago and it still looks as good as new, so the previous owners must have bought a good quality carpet. I can thoroughly recommend Kevin, the Cleaning Doctor, I pay him by bank transfer and his services are excellent and tremendous value. Next year I may suggest that he cleans the curtains, it would be so much easierr than taking them to the dry cleaner.

How We Clean Rugs

Our Professional Systems

We use industry-leading technology to ensure the best results for your specific rug type, whether it's a modern synthetic or a delicate antique.

Peace of Mind: Safe for pets and children

The Dry Fusion System

A low-moisture system perfect for delicate rugs or when speed is essential. It cleans, deodorises, stain protects, and heat dries rugs all in one process.

Ready in 30 Mins: Clean, dry & ready to use

Low Moisture: No risk of shrinkage

Safe for Wool

Neutral pH cleaning avoids damage to natural fibres.

Activator

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our expert rug cleaning services.

How do I arrange a quotation?

We have a few ways we can provide a no obligation quotation. We are happy to arrange a convenient time to call to your property to inspect your rug and will provide you with a quote there and then. Alternatively, you can send us photographs (showing the whole rug and close-ups of stains) via WhatsApp or email.

How long will it be before I can walk on my rug?

With our Dry Fusion system your rugs are usually dry and ready to walk on within an hour, sometimes within 30 minutes. Our hot water extraction system would normally leave rugs damp for about 4 hours on average. We finish by setting the pile to help air circulate around the fibres.

Can you remove all the marks and stains?

When we inspect your rug we will give you an honest opinion as to the likelihood of removing any particular marks or stains. The aim is always to remove 100% of every mark, and we are fully trained in professional spot and stain removal, however in some situations this unfortunately may not be possible. We will give you an honest assessment before starting.

Can you stain protect my rug?

Certainly. If your rug is cleaned using our Dry Fusion, there is a stain protector within the cleaning solutions that is applied as we clean. With our hot water extraction system, we can still apply stain protector after the rug has been cleaned.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main rug cleaning solutions for both Dry Fusion and hot water extraction systems are both child and pet safe. Occasionally we may use solutions for specific marks (like solvents for gum) that may require caution for about an hour, but we will always inform you if this is needed.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The more items you have cleaned, the better rates we can offer. For example, if you are getting your rug cleaned, consider getting your sofa or curtains done at the same time for a cheaper combined price.
