Nigel is an absolute gem! From start to finish, his service was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he deliver great results, but his fabulous advice truly set him apart. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and gave tips that were both practical and effective.

It’s rare to find someone so passionate and professional. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and genuinely cares about doing a top-notch job, Nigel is your guy. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Nigel. A very thorough hoovering of the carpet before the low moisture dry fusion clean. Carpet was dry within 30 minutes of Nigel finishing.
I was contemplating having a new carpet, but after the clean I will be keeping the carpet for many years.
The carpet now seems to be a couple of shades lighter.

Nigel cleaned our lounge carpet after a great prize draw with JAM Helping Out. It made our carpets look brand new and they're only a few years old so our kids had definitely worn them out! Totally recommend for a thorough job and will definitely use again when the rest of our house needs a spruce up! Thank you!

Really pleased with all the work Nigel has done for us. He helped with a couple of carpets in our old property and has recently cleaned some rugs and a patch of carpet for us in our new house. He's polite, friendly and has always done a great job for us. Highly recommend. Thank you
