Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service from Nigel. A very thorough hoovering of the carpet before the low moisture dry fusion clean. Carpet was dry within 30 minutes of Nigel finishing.
I was contemplating having a new carpet, but after the clean I will be keeping the carpet for many years.
The carpet now seems to be a couple of shades lighter.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nigel cleaned our lounge carpet after a great prize draw with JAM Helping Out. It made our carpets look brand new and they're only a few years old so our kids had definitely worn them out! Totally recommend for a thorough job and will definitely use again when the rest of our house needs a spruce up! Thank you!

How We Treat Dust Mites

Our Professional Systems

We combine high-temperature steam with specialist anti-allergen treatments to kill dust mites at the source and strip out the allergen proteins they leave behind.

Cleaning Doctor High-Temperature Steam Dust Mite Treatment

High-Temperature Steam Extraction

Dust mites cannot survive high heat. We inject high-temperature water deep into mattresses and upholstery and immediately extract it, killing mites on contact and flushing out their droppings and the dead skin they feed on.

Kills Mites: Heat destroys mites & eggs

Deep Extraction: Removes waste & allergens

Drying Time: Ready in 10-12 hours

Anti-Allergen Dust Mite Sanitising Treatment

Anti-Allergen Sanitising Treatment

After cleaning, we apply a specialist anti-allergen treatment that neutralises the allergen proteins in dust mite waste – the actual triggers for asthma, eczema and rhinitis – and helps keep mite populations down for longer.

Neutralises Allergens: Denatures trigger proteins

Lasting Protection: Slows mite re-population

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our professional dust mite treatments.

How do I know if I have a dust mite problem?

Dust mites are microscopic, so you won't see them, but tell-tale signs include waking with a blocked or runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, or worsening asthma and eczema – especially in the bedroom. Mites thrive in mattresses, pillows, sofas and carpets where they feed on shed skin.

How do I arrange a quotation?

You can call us to arrange a home inspection where we can give you a quote instantly. Alternatively, send us photographs of the items you'd like treated via WhatsApp or email for a quick estimate.

How long before I can use the item again?

With our professional treatment, a mattress or sofa is usually dry and ready to use within 10-12 hours. We recommend booking early in the day so everything is ready for the night.

Will the treatment get rid of dust mites for good?

Our treatment kills the mites present and removes their allergen waste, giving immediate relief. Because mites are everywhere in the environment, populations can slowly rebuild over time, so for allergy sufferers we recommend a treatment every 6-12 months to keep symptoms under control.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main treatment solutions are both child and pet safe. Occasionally a specific stain may require a stronger solvent that needs brief caution, but we will always inform you beforehand if that applies.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The more items you have treated in one visit, the better the rate. For example, if you're having your mattress treated, consider adding your bedroom carpet and curtains at the same time for a cheaper combined price.
