From the minute we contacted Shandré, she was nothing short of helpful and polite, she ensured we could have the clean done before our move in date and was in constant communication which was very much appreciated. The team who came to the house were so lovely and the job they did was absolutely brilliant! I was so impressed when I saw their finished work. This is not the first time we have used Cleaning Doctors, they also cleaned the roofs of our family business and again, Jake and Bryan did a phenomenal job. What is included in an end of tenancy clean?

Our comprehensive end of tenancy clean covers the full property including kitchen deep clean (inside/outside cupboards, appliances, surfaces), bathroom sanitisation (descaling, tile scrubbing), all floors (vacuuming carpets, washing hard floors), windows (ledges, frames, glass), and all woodwork (skirting boards, door frames). We follow a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is missed.

How long does an end of tenancy clean take?

The time required depends on the size and condition of the property. A typical one-bedroom flat takes around 3-4 hours, while a three-bedroom house may take 5-7 hours. We will provide a clear time estimate when we quote so you can plan accordingly around your move-out date.

Do you clean ovens as part of the service?

Yes, oven cleaning is included as standard in our end of tenancy clean. We thoroughly clean the oven interior, racks, trays, door glass, and the exterior. We also clean other kitchen appliances such as fridges, microwaves, and extractors as part of the kitchen deep clean.

Can you guarantee my deposit will be returned?

While we cannot legally guarantee your deposit return as it depends on many factors beyond cleaning (such as property damage or other lease conditions), we clean to the highest professional standards that meet and exceed the criteria used by inventory clerks and letting agents. Our goal is to ensure the cleanliness of the property is never a reason for deposit deductions.

When should I book my end of tenancy clean?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 1-2 weeks before your move-out date. End of tenancy cleaning slots fill up quickly, especially at the end of the month. The clean should be scheduled after all furniture and belongings have been removed from the property for the best results.

Do you clean windows as part of the service?

Yes, internal window cleaning is included as standard. We clean all window glass, frames, ledges, and sills throughout the property. External window cleaning can also be arranged if required - just let us know when you request your quote.
