Do I need cleaning experience to start a cleaning franchise?
No. Most of our franchisees came from completely different careers -- trades, sales, office work, hospitality. We provide full hands-on training with Head Office, live working franchisees, and our suppliers. You get a fully turnkey business -- trained, equipped, and operational from day one.
What happens if the business is slow to start?
We offer income protection for your first months of trading. If you do not reach the agreed weekly minimum, we make up the difference, provided you are following the marketing strategies, the operations manual and the training. It exists to cover the gap between leaving a job and the round paying you properly. The qualifying period and the figure are set out in the franchise agreement, and we will send you the terms before you commit to anything.
What if I decide the franchise is not for me?
If you are not happy at the end of year one, we return your territory licence fee plus the cost of all your equipment, less a fair depreciation. It is conditional on having followed the system, and the depreciation is assessed against the equipment schedule in the franchise agreement. Both this and the income protection are written into the agreement rather than promised verbally.
