Watch a quick introduction to our expert curtain cleaning process.

How We Clean Curtains

Our Professional Process

We use specialised equipment designed for vertical cleaning, ensuring a thorough clean without the need for removal.

In-Situ Cleaning System

Avoid the hassle of having to unhook and then rehang your curtains. We clean curtains in situ using child and pet friendly solutions to leave your curtains clean, deodorised, stain protected with no nasty solvent smells and no risk of shrinkage or creasing.

No Need to Take Them Down: We clean them whilst they hang

Swags & Tails: Complex dressings cleaned easily

No Shrinkage: Safe, low-moisture process

Dust & Odour Removal

Curtains act as air filters for your home. We remove the build-up of dust, smoke, cooking smells, and allergens, leaving your room smelling fresh.

Odour Neutralising: Eliminates stale smells

Protection: Stain protector available

Fabric Safe

Suitable for velvet, silk, and heavy linings.

Finishing

We re-pleat and dress curtains after cleaning.

Resetting Drapes

We carefully reset your drapes after cleaning to ensure they hang beautifully and look as good as new.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our expert curtain cleaning services.

How do I arrange a quotation?

You can call us to arrange a home inspection where we can assess the fabric and give you a quote instantly. Alternatively, send us photographs (showing the full curtains, headers, and any stains) via WhatsApp or email.

How long will it be before I can use my curtains?

Our system is designed for speed and convenience. Your curtains are usually dry and ready to use within 30 minutes of cleaning!

Can you remove stains from my curtains?

We inspect every job first and give an honest opinion. While we aim for 100% removal and are fully trained, some environmental damage (like sun bleaching or condensation marks) may be permanent. We will advise you before starting.

Can you stain protect my curtains?

Yes, absolutely. We can apply a stain protector after cleaning, which helps your curtains stay cleaner for longer and resist future soiling.

Are your solutions safe?

Our main cleaning solutions are safe for your home environment. Occasionally tough stains like gum require specific solvents, but we handle these professionally and safely.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. If you combine services, such as having your lounge carpet and upholstery cleaned at the same time as your curtains, we can offer a better overall rate.
