Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Conor about clearing gutters, cleaning the fascia, soffits and external windows. He communicated very clearly the anticipated cost and his availability. He contacted me a week beforehand and confirmed his availability. He carried out the work to a high standard and went above & beyond in helping with an issue with one of the gutters. I will definitely use Conor again in the future.

Excellent service from Conor as always! We had another job done previously and he sprayed a section of the gable to see some possible results. After 4 weeks we saw immense improvement, so we had the full job done. Would highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Conor recently cleaned our roof & cleaned shutes and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Our roof was very bad and now it looks like a new roof. We had very difficult moss growth in areas. Conor explained everything. He took photos of cracked tiles, small holes etc., so that we could see any small repairs that we will need to attend to. He is extremely thorough. You won't be disappointed.

Our Process

Safe & Effective Soft Washing

We use a gentle chemical treatment process to clean your walls without high pressure.

1. Soft Wash Treatment

We apply a specialist biocide cleaning solution to the wall using low pressure. This breaks down the algae and dirt at a microscopic level.

Gentle Application: No damage to render

Kills Roots: Prevents rapid regrowth

Safe: Approved biodegradable chemicals

2. Controlled Rinse

After the treatment has dwelled, we gently rinse the surface with low pressure steam or water to reveal the clean, original finish.

Low Pressure: Protects mortar & pointing

Bright Finish: Instantly visible results

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our wall cleaning services.

Will cleaning damage my render?

No. We use a specialist "Soft Wash" method for rendered walls. This relies on cleaning agents rather than high pressure to remove dirt and algae, ensuring the delicate surface of the render is not blasted away or damaged.

Does it remove red streaks (algae)?

Yes, absolutely. The red staining often seen on light-coloured walls is Trentepohlia algae. Our treatment is specifically formulated to kill this algae and remove the red staining, restoring the wall's original bright colour.

How long will the results last?

Because our treatment kills the root of the biological growth, the results last much longer than simple pressure washing—typically 2-5 years depending on the location and environmental factors.

Is the chemical safe for my plants?

We take great care to protect your garden. We pre-wet and rinse down all nearby plants to dilute any overspray, and can cover sensitive areas. Once dry, the treated surface is harmless to pets and plants.

Can you clean brick and stone?

Yes, we clean all types of masonry including brick, natural stone, and concrete. We adjust our method to suit the material, ensuring a deep clean that removes carbon deposits, moss, and algae without damaging the pointing.
