Our roof was very bad and now it looks like a new roof. We had very difficult moss growth in areas. Conor explained everything. He took photos of cracked tiles, small holes etc., so that we could see any small repairs that we will need to attend to. He is extremely thorough.  You won't be disappointed.

1. Inspection & Preparation

We start with a full roof survey to identify problem areas and check tile condition. We block downpipes to prevent debris entering your drainage system.

Common questions about roof cleaning services.

Do you use high pressure washers on my roof?

No, we typically use a "Soft Wash" method or very controlled low pressure. High pressure can damage tiles and force water into the loft. Our method relies on specialist biocide treatments to clean effectively without the risk of damage.

How do you access the roof?

Safety is our priority. We use scaffolding towers, cherry pickers (MEWPs), or professional roof ladders. We avoid walking directly on your tiles whenever possible to prevent breakage.

Will the moss come back?

Moss will eventually return as it is a natural spore in the air. However, our biocide treatment kills the spores deep in the tile pores, delaying regrowth significantly compared to just scraping. We can also apply a sealer to further inhibit regrowth for years.

Do you clean up the gutters afterwards?

Absolutely. Roof cleaning generates debris. We block downpipes before starting to prevent clogs, and we perform a full gutter clean and rinse down of the walls and ground areas as part of the service.
