Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, Tom worked miracles. He made our sofa looks brand new after a homemade squishy toy had exploded on it. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

He’s also a lovely Guy. Thanks again Tom.

Brilliant🤩 so pleased I contacted Tom to remove multiple ink stains; he offered a free test patch.
Tom was able to perform the clean right away following the test. I'm amazed by the results, really nice guy, super thorough, I couldn't have wished for a better result.

I was especially impressed with how quickly they dried too; within the hour! Highly recommend his service if you’re looking for a reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called Tom for a quotation for my mother's house, the carpets not having had proper attention for many years. He was able to come the same day and agreed a date for the work for a very fair price. The resulting job was quite astounding, Tom planned the clean around mum, everything looks fresh and clean, and you aren't left with wet carpets! I could not recommend Tom more highly.

How We Clean Mattresses

Our Professional Systems

We use industry-leading technology to ensure the deepest clean possible, removing allergens and stains effectively.

Cleaning Doctor Hot Water Extraction Mattress Cleaning

Hot-Water Extraction (Steam)

The most effective method for deep cleaning and sanitising mattresses. High-temperature water is injected into the mattress and immediately extracted, taking dirt, mites, and allergens with it.

Deep Sanitisation: Kills bacteria & mites

Stain Removal: Breaks down biological stains

Drying Time: Ready in 10-12 hours

Sanitisation & Deodorising

For mattresses that need freshening up without deep extraction, or as a finishing step. We use specialised treatments to neutralise odours and apply stain protection.

Odour Neutralising: Eliminates urine/sweat smells

Protection: Resists future staining

Safe Solutions

Child and pet safe products used.

Anti-Allergen

Reduces triggers for asthma & eczema.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our expert mattress cleaning services.

How much is it to get my mattress cleaned?

We provide an individual quote for every mattress we clean. There are many different sizes of mattress and many different types of construction, so it is important that we give you an accurate quote based on your particular mattress. Our quotes include all equipment, solutions, and time.

How do I arrange a quotation?

You can call us to arrange a home inspection where we can give you a quote instantly. Alternatively, send us photographs (showing the whole mattress and close-ups of any stains) via WhatsApp or email for a quick estimate.

How long will it be before I can use my mattress?

With our professional mattress cleaning system, your mattress would usually be dry and ready to use within 10-12 hours after cleaning. We recommend cleaning it early in the day to ensure it's ready for the night.

Can you remove all the marks and stains?

When we inspect your mattress, we will give you an honest opinion on the likelihood of removing specific marks or stains. We are fully trained in professional spot removal, but some older or set-in biological stains may be permanent. We will always advise you beforehand.

Can you stain protect my mattress?

Certainly. We can apply a specialised stain protector after the mattress has been cleaned, helping to prevent future stains from soaking into the fabric.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main mattress cleaning solutions are both child and pet safe. Occasionally, specific tough stains require stronger solvents which might need caution for a short time (e.g., turning off a fish tank pump for an hour), but we will always inform you if these are necessary.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The more items you have cleaned in one visit, the better the rate. For example, if you are getting your mattress cleaned, consider getting your bedroom curtains and carpet done at the same time for a cheaper combined price.
