Exceptional. I have tried many local carpet cleaning companies and always been left a little disappointed. From start to finish, this is the best service I have received. All clearly explained and worked around my busy schedule. The carpets have come up so well in all rooms, even on the areas with wool-blend carpets. A thorough and costly professional service. I am so incredibly impressed at the carpet cleaning service I received from Tom during my house move.
When I first called to enquire, I was really impressed by his knowledge and the way he handled my call and answered all my questions in a very reassuring way. I knew immediately I would be in good hands, and I firmly believed I didn’t need to waste time calling other providers for quotes, so without any hesitation I booked Tom straight away.
The booking was efficiently handled, and I received a confirmation text and communication via text as the day approached to ensure that everything was just right on the day.
On the day of the clean Tom and his colleague were so respectful, friendly and trustworthy and this is important when you have someone working in your home. They both really put 100%+ effort into the work which was very reassuring.
In times when people are so quick to complain but not so willing to take time to say thank you, I just had to write to say how grateful I am to Tom for the service I received. I own a customer-facing business myself, so I am acutely aware of the service I receive.
I cannot thank Tom enough for his help and professionalism. The carpets in the house are old, but Tom managed to achieve what I thought was impossible – the carpets in 6 rooms look new again! When I tackle the garden next, I will get him back to blast clean the patio too! SO GRATEFUL.

What an absolutely amazing service !  After having a very bad carpet clean last week I then contacted Tom through my son to rectify this for me. He came as quickly as he could to help me as I was so upset with the other carpet cleaner! I will be recommending him to all I know. Sent Tom a message at 20:50 one evening enquiring about a large rug we needed cleaned. He responded at 10pm - wow this was to me a start to great customer service - Tom confirmed he could help and quoted a competitive price to do the job. We agreed a date and time and he turned up exactly as planned and did an outstanding job on this rug. I asked if he cleaned tiled floors and grout and he quoted me to do this and two weeks later our kitchen and bathroom tiled floors are like new with lovely clean grout lines again.
