I don't usually do these kind of reviews - but I want to thank Jonni publicly for a first class service in rectifying a small area of our wooden floor which seemed not to have had the full cleaning first time round. He assured me he would sort the issue next time he was in the area and true to his word I got a text within a few weeks to say he'd sort it the following week. He sent the quote very promptly and so I made an appointment for the work. Jonni arrived spot on the time he said. He has a lovely polite, quiet manner and got straight to work. Do you clean commercial safety floors?

Yes, this is one of our specialities. Commercial kitchens, hospitals, schools, and leisure centres all rely on safety flooring for slip resistance. When grease and build-up accumulates, it renders the safety surface ineffective. Our deep cleaning restores both hygiene and grip.

How long does the process take?

A typical room takes 3-5 hours depending on size and condition, as the stripping and re-dressing process involves multiple coats with drying time between each. Larger commercial areas may take a full day. We can work outside of business hours for commercial clients.

How soon can I walk on the floor after cleaning?

Light foot traffic is usually possible within 2-4 hours of the final coat being applied. We recommend avoiding heavy traffic and wet mopping for 24 hours to allow the floor dressing to fully cure and harden.

How often should vinyl floors be professionally cleaned?

For domestic settings, we recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months. For high-traffic commercial environments like kitchens and hospitals, every 6-12 months is ideal. Regular professional maintenance extends the life of your floor significantly.
