What is the cost to clean my carpet?

We provide a free no obligation quotation for each job we complete that takes into account things like the amount of carpet to be cleaned, the level of soiling and staining, the type of carpet, the amount of furniture to be moved etc. No two jobs are identical so by allowing us to quote you can be assured of an exact cost for your job that includes all equipment, solutions and time.

How do I arrange a quotation?

We have a few ways we can provide a no obligation quotation. We are happy to arrange a convenient time to call to your property to inspect your carpets and will provide you with a quote there and then as well as answering any questions you may have. Alternatively, you can send us photographs (they should show the whole room as well as close up photos of any marks, stains or areas you are concerned about) either by using the WhatsApp button on our page or by email.

Do I need to empty the room for you to clean my carpet?

We would normally ask if you can remove any smaller items (nest of tables, floorlamps, dining chairs etc) we will move bigger items (sofas, dining tables, beds etc) as we are cleaning. Obviously if an item is too heavy to move, we will carefully clean around it. We try to make the experience as painless as possible for you!

How long before I can walk on my carpet after cleaning?

With our Dry Fusion system your carpets are usually dry and ready to walk on within an hour, sometimes within 30 minutes. Our hot water extraction system would normally leave carpets damp for about 4 hours on average. When we finish cleaning we always set the pile to help air circulate around the carpet fibres enabling it to dry in the shortest possible time.

Can you remove all the marks and stains on my carpet?

When we inspect your carpet we will give you an honest opinion as to the likelihood of removing any particular marks or stains you are concerned about. The aim is always to remove 100% of every mark or stain, and we are fully trained in professional spot and stain removal, however in some situations this unfortunately may not be possible. We will always give you an honest assessment at the time we provide you with your quote.

Can you stain protect my carpet?

Certainly. If your carpet is cleaned using our Dry Fusion, there is a stain protector within the cleaning solutions that is applied as we clean. With our hot water extraction system, we can still apply stain protector after the carpet has been cleaned.

Are your solutions child and pet safe?

Our main carpet cleaning solutions for both Dry Fusion and hot water extraction systems are both child and pet safe. Occasionally we may use solutions for specific marks or stains that may be classed as hazardous but we would always inform you if any such solution is needed.

Do you offer discounts?

The reason we provide a no obligation quotation for each job is that no two jobs are ever the same. The more items you are having cleaned, the better rates we are able to offer. So for example if you are considering getting your lounge carpet cleaned, maybe consider getting your three piece suite and curtains done at the same time as we can offer a cheaper combined price.
